Molly was raised and born in Pennsylvania. Her first professional life at the age of 13 in Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. After that, she portrayed Little Red Ridinghood in the Arden Theater s production of Into the Woods for which she was nominated for the Barrymore Award. This role she performed again when making her Broadway debut at 15 with Into the Woods, on Broadway. The show was recognized as an award for the Drama League Award. Molly was on Broadway during the 2004 revival of Fiddler on the Roof. She graduated in 2008 and earned her B.A. from Princeton University. Then she attended Princeton University, where she was a part of the Triangle Club. She earned a Bachelor's degree in 2008. In this period, she made her debut as Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. Her career path continued following graduation with several Off Broadway plays, among the most notable was End Days by Ensemble Studio Theater. Molly also worked for a television show as a character in Royal Pains as well as an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was a major part in a variety of regional productions including the The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee at Barrington Stage Company and North Shore Music Theatre in 2008. She also appeared in Westport Country Playhouse s 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank where she played Anne. Molly's most notable role is in Paranormal Activity 2 (2010) where she plays Ali her teenage daughter. Molly also appeared in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written by and starring Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in 2008.
